This makes me miss my time in Mexico. I love the culture. Look how desolate the town is in comparision to the costumes. Wow!
I've heard the Day of the Dead is amazing in Mexico... I'd love to see it some day.#
Maybe the Bolivians dress co colourfully because the town is so dreary ? On the other hand Germany is also quite gray, and the people wear black.
