This is a gentle and effective was to detox and cleanse the whole body. Especially recommended for skin irritations, breakouts, oiliness.Instructions:
Add a few tablespoons of clays to the bath water, and mix well. Soak and enjoy ! Body Packs:
Detox and rejuvenate the whole body. Especially good for pimply butts, oily backs, and legs irritated by waxing / shaving.Instructions:

Since clays draw out impurities, they are great for burns, stinks or rashes. Use only the gentler clays. Make sure you have good quality clay, and mix it only with clean water !Poultice:

I´ve seen the Indians in Peru and Bolivia use green clay in their diets. At that time & didn´t have the sense to ask how do they eat it, though I did have a taste.
Since then, I´ve learned it´s good for detox, (heavy metals, pesticides, PBA, PBCS, toxic microbes), digestive problems (diarrhoea, gas, food poisoning, acid reflux, etc), as well as colds & flu.
